A payment is marked as failed but money is debited from the account. What do I do
A payment is said to be in the failed state when we do not receive a successful callback message on the transaction from the issuing bank. If the customer’s account is debited and we do not receive a successful callback, the amount will be auto-refunded by the customer’s issuing bank in 3-10 working days. In case of a failed payment, we verify the status with the bank at regular intervals. If there is a change in status, the payment moves to authorized and a notification is sent to you.
How do I get the pieces of material which is damaged in transit?
When you receive any material in a damaged condition, you have to take a photograph and inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org
The material will be sent to you either with your next order or separately.
How do I get the pieces of material which is missing in the parcel?
We pack all material under CCTV Camera. you have to take a video while opening the parcel and also the photographs and inform us at email@example.com . We will match your video with the video of our packing team and then if the item is found missing then the item will be shipped to you with your next order. The material will be sent to you either with your next order or separately.
How can I get my refund if I cancel my order?
