Warranty Period: 24 Months from the date of purchase.

What is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in the LED Driver.
• Failure during normal operating conditions when used within the specified electrical ratings.
• Internal component failure caused by manufacturing defects.

What is Not Covered

• Physical damage, cracks, dents, or broken parts.
• Burn marks or damage caused by short circuit.
• Incorrect wiring or reverse polarity.
• Use beyond the specified input voltage, output current, or load capacity.
• Voltage surge, lightning, unstable power supply, or electrical fluctuations.
• Water, moisture, corrosion, or chemical damage.
• Damage due to overheating caused by improper installation or inadequate heat dissipation.
• Tampering, modification, repair, or opening of the product by unauthorized persons.
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper handling.
• Damage caused by fire, flood, or any natural disaster.

Warranty Terms

• The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective LED Driver only.
• The final decision regarding repair or replacement will be made after product inspection.
• Warranty does not cover installation charges, transportation charges, labor charges, business loss, or any indirect or consequential damages.
• A valid purchase invoice is mandatory to claim warranty.
• The product must bear its original label/marking and should not show signs of tampering.
